Ardaman’s New Orleans office, located in St. Rose, Louisiana, has provided geotechnical services in Louisiana since 1964. The office was formed by a merger of two long-standing, local geotechnical engineering companies in New Orleans (Soil Testing Engineers, Inc. and Gore Engineering, Inc.) acquired by Ardaman in 2007. The office employs approximately 20 professional and support staff. The staff has extensive experience working in the soft soils of southeast Louisiana and the Mississippi Gulf Coast, including coastal Louisiana and its marshes. Geotechnical engineering projects performed daily by the office range from small residences to large flood-control structures and major refinery/plant expansions. The on-site laboratory is validated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
