Ardaman Milestones

Several Ardaman employees have recently received special recognition or reached important milestones in their careers.

Recognition

Virginia Goff, P.E.,
 Orlando, has received her Professional Engineering License in Florida.

Dr. Albert Ayenu-Prah, P.E., Baton Rouge, took the oath to become an American Citizen in June 2018.

Hector Monge, Orlando, has retired after 25 years with Ardaman.  Hector has been a Senior Plant Inspector in the Construction Services Group in Orlando.  Hector and his wife, Carmen, plan on enjoying his retirement by going on as many cruises as possible.

Dr. Ching-NIen Tsai, Baton Rouge, has been appointed to AASHTO’s Special Committee on Research and Innovation.  The committee has been charged to a research problem titled “Design Specifications for the Static and Seismic Design of Piles for Downdrag”.  Dr. Tsai will be working to develop new specifications considering the effects of downdrag forces on bridge pile foundations. Dr. Tsai is a Principal Engineer in Ardaman’s Baton Rouge office and has over 35 years’ experience as a practicing geotechnical; engineer with specific expertise in transportation infrastructure.
