Ardaman Expands Laboratory Capabilities

Ardaman & Associates, Inc. has expanded the capability of their Geosynthetics Testing Laboratory (GTL) with the addition of an MTS Criterion Series 40 electromechanical testing system. The automated Model C45.504 Wide has a 50 kN loading capacity and is capable of simultaneously testing five samples of geomembrane (liner) and other geotextiles. This device will greatly enhance the efficiency and testing capacity of this specialty laboratory facility, which is qualified under the Geosynthetic Accreditation Institute Laboratory Accreditation Program.

The GTL is part of the Ardaman Advanced Geotechnical Testing Laboratory (AAGTL), a state-of-the-art geotechnical engineering testing facility located in Orlando, Florida.
