Ardaman Milestones

Several Ardaman employees have recently received special recognition or reached important milestones in their careers.

Ashby “Chip” Hoover, P.E., Ardaman’s manager of the Sarasota branch office was recently awarded Senior Engineer of the Year by Florida Engineering Society – Myakka Chapter.  Chip also recently served as a mentor (and Ardaman’s Sarasota office as a sponsor) of Venice High School ACE (Architecture, Construction and Engineering) Mentor Program’s 3rd Annual Student Design Showcase and Awards Banquet.

Greg Stevens, P.E. from our Sarasota branch office was recently awarded Engineer of the Year by American Society of Civil Engineers – Suncoast Chapter.

Ardaman Managers Meet in Orlando
On March 15th Ardaman’s Branch Managers and Senior Staff throughout Florida and Louisiana gathered in Orlando for their annual Managers’ Meeting. 

The sessions were held all day on Friday and Saturday morning at the Renaissance Hotel, divided by a social time and dinner.

Presentations for the meeting included numerous technical case studies along with topics on health and safety, human resources, business development, risk management, quality assurance and client relations. The sessions were filled with information and lively discussion, all designed to enhance Ardaman’s capabilities and abilities to better serve our clients and communities.

Project Award
The FDOT District 1 will be awarded Project of the Year for the Legacy Trail Bridge. The award combined recognition from both the ASCE Suncoast and FES Myakka Chapters. Ardaman provided District 1 with geotechnical engineering services for the project.

Congratulations to our West Palm Beach Branch
Our West Palm Beach branch has completed 365 days without an at-fault incident.
They celebrated the achievement with a party. Ardaman continues developing a safety culture to ensure our workforce has a safe experience each day and we appreciate their efforts that has promoted such a safety culture.
