Ardaman Drill Crew Chiefs Meet in Orlando

On May 11th, drill crew chiefs throughout Ardaman’s offices in Florida and Louisiana assembled at the Orlando headquarters for a companywide gathering to discuss Ardaman’s field exploration operations.

Subsurface exploration is a critical element of Ardaman’s geotechnical and environmental engineering core services and our knowledgeable, experienced drill crews are vital to providing our engineers and clients with accurate and professional information.

The combined know how of our assembled crew chiefs was tapped in group discussions regarding topics such as,
• Drilling safety
• Equipment use and maintenance
• Staff recruitment and retention
• Specialty drilling techniques
• Communication

As expected, our drill crew chiefs, some of which have been with Ardaman since the 70’s and 80’s, provided a valuable perspective and a wealth of useful information that will improve Ardaman’s overall field exploration activities. Congratulations and thanks to our drill crew chiefs and the organizers of this event.
