Our Admin Team

Ardaman’s Corporate Admin Team includes senior staff and department heads who report to President Al-hawaree, and are located in the Corporate Headquarters in Orlando.  They are responsible for leading company wide efforts in the critical management disciplines.

Ernie Cox, PE

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, PRINCIPAL ENGINEER

Ernie Cox, PE, is a Senior Vice President and oversees the operations of Ardaman’s 13 branch offices in Florida and Louisiana.  As a Principal Engineer, he consults on major infrastructure projects, especially those dealing with transportation facilities.  He also assists in managing risk and contract negotiations.

VICE PRESIDENT, SENIOR ENGINEER

Jason Parker P.E., is a Vice President and oversees the business development activities companywide. As a Senior Engineer, he consults on construction materials testing and pavement projects, especially those for local and state public agencies, including the Florida Department of Transportation.

COMPTROLLER

Jim Jamwant, CPA, is the Comptroller and is responsible for the accounting and financial processes of the company.  His staff provides support in accounts payable and receivables, insurance, billing, payroll, financial management and reporting and asset management.

HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR

Donna Reubelt, SPHR, is the Human Resources Director and works company wide to support operations with a complete range of HR functions including employee benefits, employment policies, recruiting and hiring.

Brett Buxbaum, CESCO, COSS

SAFETY DIRECTOR

Brett Buxbaum, CESCO, COSS, is the Safety Director and is responsible for leading Ardaman’s behavior based Safety Throughout Operations Program (STOP), a program that employs multiple vehicles (newsletters, posters, monthly meetings, job site meetings, audits, near-miss reports etc.) to create an effective safety culture.
