I.           Introduction

The Cocoa Office of Ardaman & Associates is strategically located in the heart of Brevard County and was the second branch office opened by the company. We have been serving a wide range of municipal and private sector clients from our location in Cocoa since 1961. The Cocoa Branch Office is managed by Jason P. Manning, P.E. who has over-seen branch operations since 1997. Mr. Manning has over 15 years of experience in geotechnical and environmental engineering and construction materials testing.

A staff of 13 experienced and knowledgeable employees, including engineers, administrative staff, engineering technicians, and drillers, comprise the Cocoa Branch Office. Our field personnel receive personal certifications in geotechnical engineering and construction material testing services, and our full-service geotechnical and materials testing laboratory is certified annually by CMEC and FDOT.

Since 1961, the Cocoa Branch Office has been working for many municipal and private sector clients. In addition to working on thousands of commercial and residential projects, Ardaman & Associates has local experience at Kennedy Space Center, Patrick Air Force Base, Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, and countless local schools and county-owned facilities.
